No One But You Will Do (Exodus 3:1-22) CALLING

Published on Jan 30, 2025

When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called to him from within the bush, “Moses, Moses!”  And Moses said, “Here I am.” – Exodus 3:4

God did call and continues to call people out of their comfort zone, to serve Him even today! | WATCH ON YOUTUBE

God called Noah to build an ark when the earth did not yet know rain. God called Abram out of the land of Ur when he was still an idol maker. God called Moses from a burning bush, while he was a shepherd in the back of beyond. God called Joshua to bring down the fortified city of Jericho, by walking around it and a loud cry. God called Esther to stand in the gap for her people using her position as queen. Jesus called His disciples each by name, to follow Him. The Lord called Paul on the road to Damascus, to serve the God whose followers he had been persecuting.

God, throughout the Bible, did call His people to serve Him and that same God continues to call us to serve Him. God has called His children to do things that may seem decidedly different, even ridiculous to us! But the fact remains, each one is unique, and only you can do what you are called to do!

God does not just call but also equips, with His presence and His guidance. We just need to obey. If God is calling you, would you say, “Yes Lord,” today, in humble trust and obedience?

Lord, give me a heart that is sensitive to recognize your call and to say yes to you, in humble trust, I pray.
