28. Jesus Came Down and Dwelt Among Us

SERIES: 31 REASONS TO CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS

John 1:14
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

We celebrate Christmas because we celebrate that

  • Jesus came and tabernacled, ‘pitched His tent’ among us
  • the disciples and others saw with their human eyes the glory of the Word that was made flesh
  • the glory of Jesus was full of grace and truth

Thank you Lord for choosing to come down to dwell with us, giving a glimpse of the glory of the Father.
