Just Trust Me

Matthew 6:25-27 (NIV) – “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? ²⁶ Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? ²⁷ Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?

We have an amazing God
Who our every need does know
He is our Jehovah Jireh
Your every need, I will provide
Do not be anxious, says He, just trust Me

Look at the lilies of the field
And the birds of the air
Isn’t it I who does take care
Your every need, I will provide

Cast your nets on the other side
Yes Lord, said Peter, and when he obeyed
He got a catch too huge to haul alone
Your every need, I will provide

So trust Him today, would you?
Seek first His kingdom, His righteousness
Trust and obey Him each day,
For – Your every need, I will provide
