For God so lovedÂ the world that he gaveÂ his one and only Son,Â that whoever believesÂ in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

We celebrate Christmas because

God, the Lord of heaven and earth, displayed His immense love for us sinners by giving His very best gift – His only begotten Son.
we have the wildest possible welcome and promise that whoever believes in Him – will have divine deliverance from sin and shall not perish.
everyone who believes in Him will receive the most priceless possession – eternal life.

Lord, may the reason for all my celebrations this season be a jubilant response to your immense love for me.
