In Humble Adoration (Jeremiah 51:15-19) SUBMISSION

He made the earth by His power; He founded the world by His wisdom and stretched out the heavens by His understanding.  When He thunders, the waters in the heavens roar; He makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth. He sends lightning with the rain and brings out the wind from His storehouses.
Jeremiah 51:15-16

God is the Creator of all that is. | WATCH ON YOUTUBE

A creator is one who makes something new. The fact that God is the Creator of all that is seen and unseen, is one of the foundational truths of the Bible. Isaiah 40:28 (ESV) says, have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; His understanding is unsearchable.

Yahweh is not only a God of judgement; His power, His wisdom and His understanding are also evident in creation. God’s power in creation is not just a thing of the past. He is presently working in and through creation. God is the maker of all things.

God is the designer and craftsman of everything in the universe. When God created the heavens and the earth, He did so by speaking it into existence. But when He created human beings, He took some clay that He had already made and formed a man. Then He breathed His own life into that man, and “man became a living soul” (Genesis 2:7). This means that human beings are more like God than any other created thing.

The wise person bows before the Creator and willingly submits himself or herself to the only One who truly knows how we are made (Romans 9:20).

What’s your response to this Creator God?

Lord, may I ever bow in humble adoration to you my Creator, I pray.
