1. Divine Love in Action

John 3:16
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

We celebrate Christmas because

  • God, the Lord of heaven and earth, displayed His immense love for us sinners by giving His very best gift – His only begotten Son.
  • we have the wildest possible welcome and promise that whoever believes in Him – will have divine deliverance from sin and shall not perish.
  • everyone who believes in Him will receive the most priceless possession – eternal life.

Lord, may the reason for all my celebrations this season be a jubilant response to your immense love for me.
